Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, some items are exempt from our 30-day return policy. These include:

  • Perishable items: Products such as fresh magic mushrooms, teas, or other goods with a limited shelf life cannot be returned.

  • Opened or used products: For safety and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or consumed.

  • Final Sale items: Any items marked as “final sale” on our website are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds
